Dr Hannah Frenken, Clinical Psychologist in London

Dr Hannah Frenken

Chartered Clinical Psychologist

My approach is person-centred and guided by integrity, meaning our work is led by you, tailored to your unique needs and preferences. I draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and compassion-focused therapy, all of which are well-evidenced for addressing specific difficulties and focus on the here-and-now.

In addition, my practice is informed by solution-focused methods, narrative therapy, systemic thinking, and trauma-informed approaches. These allow us to explore the stories of our lives, our identities, and our relationships, as well as how social, cultural, and material contexts shape our experiences.

I have worked in both the NHS and voluntary sector for several years, supporting adults, children, and families with a wide range of concerns. These include difficulties with stress, anger, low mood, anxiety (including phobias and OCD), and experiences of trauma and abuse. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout your journey.

Supporting you to navigate life’s challenges with understanding, insight, and care.
